Moulded Parts
ISG provides custom and catalogue moulded polymer parts for aerospace and defence harness systems, including backshell strain relief boots, connector sealing grommets, wire outlet grommets and protective end caps. Products are manufactured from silicone, EPDM, neoprene and engineering thermoplastics including PEEK, PPS and glass-filled nylon, selected for compatibility with the target environmental and chemical exposure conditions.
Moulded parts are qualified to applicable sections of AS85049, MIL-DTL-38999 and customer-specific requirements. ISG works closely with design teams to develop bespoke moulded solutions for non-standard connector configurations, complex harness routing requirements and sealed enclosure interface applications. Full dimensional inspection reports and material certification packages accompany all deliveries.
