Braided Sleeving
ISG supplies a wide range of braided sleeving products for harness protection, bundling and EMI mitigation in aerospace, defence, rail and industrial wiring systems. Our portfolio includes expandable polyester braid for flexible harness management, glass fibre braid for high-temperature environments, PTFE-coated braid for chemical resistance and conductive metallic braid for EMI/RFI shielding applications.
Expandable PET braided sleeving accommodates diameter changes of up to 150%, allowing easy installation over pre-assembled connectors. Products meet requirements of SAE AS27657 and BS EN 60684-3 series. Conductive stainless steel and copper braid variants provide 360° shielding coverage with transfer impedance characteristics suitable for sensitive signal integrity applications.
