Bonding Leads & Grounding Straps
ISG supplies earth bonding leads, equipotential bonding straps and grounding assemblies for aircraft structures, military vehicles, industrial equipment and electronic enclosures. Our bonding leads are manufactured to MIL-B-5087 and equivalent international standards, providing reliable low-resistance electrical continuity between bonded structures.
Conductor options include tinned copper braid, bare copper braid and flexible flat strap, terminated with a wide range of lug styles — solderless crimp, bolt-hole ring, swaged spade and custom configurations. Insulation and jacketing options include clear PVC, black neoprene and heat-shrink sealed end caps for corrosion-resistant service in exposed or harsh environments.
